Other usage issues

Good day,

Has anyone used the Geom2dGcc_Circ2d3TanIter algorithm to construct a 2d circle tangent to flcurves either than a line and a circle (e.g. ellipse) with any success?

I cannot seem to get it right and I'm out of ideas. The algorithm always fails. Can anyone please assist? Even if it's in a form of consulting services I would appreciate it.

I meant to say "tangent to a curve either than a line or circle..."

It is not implemented, at least in the version which we are using.
