With Microsoft visuals C++ 13, 15, and 17, i'm still getting error codes when i try to open CADRays. Cant someone help me out with this? I'm on the lastest version of windows 10 and did a system clean before doing any of this. Thanks.

There is only x86 (32-bit) version of msvcrt for VS 2013 on your screenshot. Try installing x64 (vcredist_x64.exe) version, as CADRays is 64-bit application.
