Where to Start Development using OpenCascade

I am in the process of getting into serious development of a CAD module using OPENCASCADE. I have experience of working with Pro/Toolkit (earlier known as Pro/Develop).

I am basically looking for:

1) VC++ Environment needed for the development
2) Steps to be followed for building my own application ( I am basically looking for step by step procedure)
3) How to go into serious development

I tried to find this information on OpenCascade site without success.

I would appreciate if you can enable me to start with.
