Hello,
Open CASCADE starting from version 3.1 supports VRML and STL formats but for export only. This means that you can convert your Open CASCADE shape into VRML (or STL) format but the opposite conversion (neutral format to OCC) is absent. This choice is reasonable as long as OCC supports exact geometry while VRML - triangulation mainly. Certainly, import of VRML file is feasible but of less interest as OCC representation will be only facetted (planar surfaces). At the moment, there is no intention to implement import of VRML.
