While i am trying the windows MFC wizards, i am not able to compile an empty prohject built from the DRAW wizards because "tcl.h" is not found. Does this file provided with TCL/TK archive ? (at present, the ftp server from the provided web address in the FAQ is not found, so i cannot answer to this question from myself...)

Yes. tcl.h is the header file for Tcl, you'll need this to compile.
