Would like to suggest using github repo for OCC. This would allow the community to fork and contribute to the oficial OCC repo (issues, PR, etc).

Hello Billy,
Currently we do not consider placing official OCCT repository on GitHub.
OCCT has its own public repository accessible for all contributors, who have all the means to contribute.
If you find anything inconvenient in this environment, you are welcome to suggest improvements.
