There seems to be a file missing from the distribution. When I attempt to run the "bldmak" script I get an error:

bluto::/boreas/CAS3.0/adm (62)% ./bldmak couldn't open "/boreas/CAS3.0/src/PACKAGES": no such file or directory Error : Definition for toolkit empty or not found.

Could someone post this?
