The Open Group (http://www.opengroup.org) made MOTIF Open Source now. It can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.opengroup.org/pub/openmotif/R2.1.30/ . Now my Question is: will CCL respectively the GUI package from CasCade become opensource too ?
I would be very grateful to get an answer this time. Thanks.

CCL, respectively the GUI package from CasCade, has been phased out. This has been already announced at shipment of CAS.CADE 2.1 version. That is why they won't become open source.
