How does OCCT generate correct mesh from non bijective mapping?

Hello,

I have seen that the UV-3d mapping of  a TOPODS_FACE maybe not bijective (also see here http://www.opencascade.com/content/mapping-topodsface-space-not-bijective).

So in such a situation, will the mesh result of OCCT be correct (using the meshing algorithm BRepMesh_IncrementalMesh)? If yes, how does it avoid to generate flipped or overlapped triangles?
