Good day,
I need someone to help extend Geom2dGcc_Circ2d3TanIter to be able to do the following in the form of paid consultation services:
1. Construction of a circle tangent to curves that include ellipses. The current implementation does not seem to include ellipses as a constrain.
I am not getting time to implement it myself. If you can assist please contact me with a quotation. Thanks in advance.

OpenCASCADE is undoubtedly a great geometric kernel. I suppose it also takes huge efforts to develop and the company needs to be profitable to keep providing us with such great tools. However, it's disappointing that the consultation terms and prices do not cater to developers and small sized companies. I know one cannot expect return without some investment but the terms and prices are too high for individuals. I find it ridiculous that I have to purchase a full support package before Open Cascade can even give me a quotation. That is just not viable for individuals and small companies. Yes you can charge a fee for the quotation and I will gladly pay it. but requiring that I purchase a full support purchase upfront? I think it's unreasonable. I hope OpenCASCADE can find a way to accommodate individuals and small companies in their consultation services.
