A bug in triangulation code ?

Hi !

When I triangulate a sphere two of the triangles are incorrect, they have two vertices at the same position.

This means that I cannot calculate normals for this two triangles, is this a bug or something we have to live with ?

And in that case, what is the best solution to it, ignore the triangle, it is just a line wide anyway, or render it with some default normal set ?
