Ok,
it isn't the ultimate code but in most times it works:
ShapeFix_Shape FixShape;
FixShape.Init(ShapeToFix);
FixShape.Perform();
ShapeToFix = FixShape.Shape();
I've included this fragment in a function I call after each boolean operation.
