Applying wedge to cylinder

I'd like to create a wedged cylinder, i.e. one in which the two faces at either side have a non-zero angle between their planes. The wedge function BRepPrimAPI_MakeWedge appears to only support rectangular wedges.

Is there a way to make a wedge on a cylinder using the existing BRepPrim API? If not, how might one best construct such a solid?
