| On June 21-23 OPEN CASCADE S.A. participated in isiCAD-2004, an international seminar held in Russia for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions.
OPEN CASCADE presented its open source-based business model and solutions. Roman Lygin, sales manager of the OPEN CASCADE Nizhny Novgorod site made a presentation of the company and demonstrated some of powerful capabilities and advantages of OPEN CASCADE Technology and Salome, the two Open Source platforms promoted by the company. |
During working sessions with vendors and service companies participants have identified opportunities where OPEN CASCADE solutions can be employed to enrich already available CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM products.
isiCAD 2004 was simultaneously a seminar and an exhibition of solutions, products, services, and applications in the field of PLM, computer graphics, mathematical modeling and some other related domains and was held from June 21 until June 23, 2004 in Novosibirsk, Russia.
The exhibition was a complement to presentations and lectures by leading foreign and Russian developers and vendors on the agenda of isiCAD-2004.
