Apologies in advance if this is not the right place for this question...
Could the license for the old JT assistant and JT reader code on the git site be updated to match the license for OCCT? This would enable features derived from that to be distributed with, for example, FreeCAD and would just amount to synchronizing the two.

Hello. JT Reader from public source now a part of commercial component.
We don't support this project.

As for a commercial usage, DE_Wrapper be able to load JT reader as a plug-in with own license. Plug-in system will avoid any kind of source sharing and be able to usage as a DE_Wrapper::Read command to read as XCAF or Shape.
