How to turn off the message when STEPControl_Reader.ReadFile is called

When I call STEPControl_Reader.ReadFile, some messages like followings are shown. How can I turn it off.

it's true , it happens in test harness too.
Is there any flag/setting to disable ??
Put in a query in 2010 .. no reply.
