Failure with Build_configure

Hello,
I am trying to install opencascade652 on Ubuntu 11.10,
when i try to run ./build_configure in source file directory Opencascade/ros, I got the following error,

Dear Game Milky,
Check ,please the next points:
1. Autoconf and Automake are installed on your system
2. You have permission to write to 'OpenCascade/ros' folder
3. 'OpenCascade/ros' folder contains 'make' sub-folder
